In full
Your team writes or approves every template before launch, sees each reply as it goes out, and can pause the sequence for any lead. The engine books conversations; it never quotes, negotiates or makes promises on your behalf.
By default it runs in accounts and infrastructure in your name. If you would rather we run it, we host it in accounts set up only for you, kept separate from every other client. Lead records live in a database in that account and in your CRM, never pooled with another client's leads. How we handle data
Questions
Open one
Is this actually running in production?
Yes. The engine has run in production since August 2026 and its email path is proven against a real send. The SMS and voice channels are built and tested, and are switched on per client once your numbers are set up. It has not yet run for a client, and we would rather tell you that than let you assume otherwise.
Will it annoy our leads?
No. We cap the number of touches, honour opt-outs immediately and stop the sequence when a lead books. SMS and calls follow the consent and opt-out rules where you operate, such as the Spam Act in Australia and the TCPA in the United States.
Does it work with our CRM?
We connect it to the CRM you already use during setup, most often HubSpot, Pipedrive or Salesforce, so leads and booked meetings land where your team already works.
In detail

What it does
- Replies to every new enquiry from your web forms and inbox within about a minute, day or night, using templates in your voice.
- Recognises a returning contact instead of creating a duplicate lead.
- Alerts the right person on your team with the enquiry and the reply that went out.
- Runs a multi-touch follow-up sequence and stops it the moment the lead books a meeting or opts out.
- Passes leads and booked meetings to your CRM, connected during setup.
- Adds SMS and AI voice follow-up where you want them; both channels are built and switched on per client.
How each run works
Every run follows these 5 stages, inside your own tools.
- 01An enquiry arrives. A web form, email enquiry or listing notification reaches the engine the moment it is sent.
- 02The lead is recorded. The engine stores the lead, matches it against existing contacts and picks the sequence it belongs in.
- 03The first reply goes out. A personal reply, built from your approved templates and the details the lead gave, is sent within about a minute.
- 04Your team is alerted. The lead's owner gets the enquiry and the reply, and can take over the conversation at any point.
- 05Follow-up runs until they book. Scheduled follow-ups continue by email, and by SMS or voice where switched on, and stop as soon as the lead books or opts out.
