Kaustubh holds a Master's in Data Science from the University of Queensland, with a research background in deep learning and model quantisation. That shows up in how Strategic AI Innovations builds: not just wiring an API call to a language model, but understanding what is actually happening underneath it.
Two pieces of that work are public and inspectable rather than just claimed. Hermes is a multi-agent orchestrator built to coordinate specialised AI agents end to end. Alongside it, a Microsoft 365 MCP server, published to npm, connects Claude- and GPT-style agents to Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
