In full

Drafts and review notes always go to a qualified person for approval. Nothing is sent for signature without sign-off, and every proposed clause traces back to your own precedent.

By default it runs in accounts and infrastructure in your name. If you would rather we run it, we host it in accounts set up only for you, kept separate from every other client. Documents stay in your document management system; the AI model sees only the document being drafted or reviewed, through accounts that do not train on your data. How we handle data

Questions

Open one

Does this replace our lawyers?

No. It takes the assembly and first-pass review off their desk so their time goes on judgement. Every document is approved by a qualified person before it is sent.

Could it make up a clause?

Drafting is limited to your templates and clause library, and every review flag points to the exact wording it is about, so there is nothing unsupported to rely on.

How do you handle lawyers' professional obligations around AI?

We design for supervision and confidentiality from the start. In the United States, ABA Formal Opinion 512 sets out those duties for generative AI, and Australian conduct rules apply in the same way. Your firm decides where AI is used and who reviews it.

In detail

Open one

What it does
  • Assembles drafts from your approved templates, filled with deal or matter details from your CRM or intake form.
  • Keeps a clause library of your approved positions and fallbacks, so every draft starts from wording you have already signed off.
  • Reviews incoming contracts against your playbook and flags missing, unusual or risky clauses, pointing to the exact wording.
  • Sends approved documents for e-signature and files the signed copy where it belongs.
  • Tracks key dates such as renewals, notice periods and expiries, with reminders to the owner.
How each run works

Every run follows these 5 stages, inside your own tools.

  1. 01A document is requested. An intake form, CRM stage or email request starts the process with the details the document needs.
  2. 02The draft is assembled. The system builds the draft from your template and clause library. It does not invent clauses.
  3. 03The review runs. Drafts and incoming contracts are checked against your playbook, with each flag linked to the clause it concerns.
  4. 04A qualified person approves. A lawyer or the document owner reviews the draft and the flags, edits as needed and approves.
  5. 05Signed, filed and tracked. The approved document goes out for signature, the executed copy is filed, and its key dates are tracked.
