In full
You approve each automation's output before it goes live, and every automation can be switched off from its one-page guide without calling us.
The automations run in an n8n workspace in your name, either self-hosted or on n8n Cloud, and connect to each tool with the least access that step needs. Every service involved, and where it processes data, is listed before you sign. How we handle data
Questions
Open one
What if the standard five are wrong for us?
Swap them. The standard list is a starting point. On day one we agree the five that will save you the most time, and that list is then fixed so the work stays focused.
Do we need to know n8n to run these?
No. Each automation comes with a one-page guide written for the person who owns the process, and a recorded walkthrough. You only need n8n access if you want to change the logic yourselves.
Can we add more automations later?
Yes. An optional retainer adds a new automation each month, or you can book a second sprint once the first five are running.
In detail
Open one
What it does
- New lead captured into your CRM, with an instant alert to your team.
- A three-touch follow-up email sequence for new enquiries.
- Meeting booked, then a welcome email and calendar invite sent automatically.
- A weekly performance report assembled and delivered without anyone building it.
- Invoice sent, then a polite payment reminder sequence until it is paid.
- Any of the standard five can be swapped for an automation that matters more to you, as long as it is agreed on day one.
How we deliver it
The engagement runs in 5 phases, and you see progress at every one.
- 01Scope is locked on day one. We confirm the five automations with you, collect access to the tools involved, and write the scope down.
- 02We build with error handling on every step. Each automation is built in n8n, with a failure path on every node so a broken connection alerts someone instead of failing silently.
- 03You see progress every day. A short screen recording each day shows what was built and what comes next.
- 04You sign off each output. Every automation is tested end to end, including its failure paths, and you approve what it produces before it goes live.
- 05Handover. A walkthrough session plus a one-page guide per automation: what triggers it, what it does, how to change it and how to switch it off.
