Kickoffs are staggered between late October 2026 and February 2027 so each build gets full attention. Most of Australia shuts down over Christmas, and we plan around it.

The 7 criteria
- An operating Australian business with roughly 10 to 80 staff
- The owner, managing director or GM is part of the decision and can sign
- One repetitive job you can describe in a sentence (for example: “we miss calls when everyone's on site”, “we chase the same documents from every client every quarter”)
- You can measure it now, from data you already have: phone logs, inbox timestamps, your job or practice system, timesheets
- Your systems let us connect to them, and you can give access within a week of kickoff
- A named person who can give about an hour a week during the build
- You're willing to be named in a case study (you approve the facts before anything is published)

Time.
About an hour a week from one person during the build, plus access to the systems involved.
A baseline.
Two weeks of “before” numbers on up to three things we agree on. We help collect them.
An honest testimonial.
A 30 minute recorded interview once it's been running for a few weeks. Video if you're comfortable, audio if not.
A case study.
A written write-up with your business name, the job, and the numbers. You check the facts and anything confidential before it's published. Your logo only if you approve it.
Your running costs after handover.
Paid by you, directly to the providers, on your own accounts. Estimate in writing before you sign.
We don't ask for a positive review. The build doesn't depend on one. Every testimonial we publish will say “Brisbane Founding Five client (free build)”.

About five minutes. Kaus reads every application and replies within 2 business days.
We use what you send only to assess your application and contact you about it. It's stored in our business email, in a database run by Supabase and in our CRM, and deleted within 12 months if you don't take part. Our service providers may store or process it outside Australia. Terms and disclosure
About the Brisbane Founding Five. Strategic AI Innovations (ABN 44 908 465 022) will provide one free automation build to up to five Australian businesses. Places go to the first five applicants that meet the published criteria and sign the Founding Client Agreement. Applications close Friday 23 October 2026 at 5pm AEST and won't be extended. If fewer than five applicants qualify, fewer places will be filled. The places count on this page is updated on the day it changes.
Costs. The build, testing during the build, handover and 30 days of fixes after go-live are free. Third-party running costs after handover (for example AI model usage, telephony and hosting) are paid by the client directly to the providers, on accounts in the client's name. A written estimate is provided before signing.
Testimonials and case studies. Participants receive a free build and agree to give an honest testimonial and take part in a case study. The build is not conditional on the testimonial being positive. Every testimonial and case study we publish from this program is labelled “Brisbane Founding Five client (free build)”. Results described are specific to that business and aren't a promise of results for anyone else.
